ZH-HS 全自動直線式活塞灌裝機(jī)
本系列注射式/常壓重力式兩用灌裝機(jī)是我公司研制的一種高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品。它可適用于不同粘度的水劑、半流體、膏體類產(chǎn)品，廣泛應(yīng)用于食品、化妝品、醫(yī)藥、油脂、日化、洗滌劑、農(nóng)藥、化工等各個行業(yè)產(chǎn)品灌裝。采用直線灌裝方式，可用于不同類型的溶液灌裝。無需增添任何備件。
特點:
◆該系列機(jī)型設(shè)計緊湊合理，外型美觀大方；
◆選取用電器元件配制。主動力氣缸選用德國費斯托(FESTO)雙作用氣缸和磁性開關(guān)。日本三菱公司PLC電腦、歐姆龍光電、中國臺灣產(chǎn)觸摸屏，確保了其出色的質(zhì)量與持久穩(wěn)定的性能；
◆該機(jī)維護(hù)便利，無需任何工具，便可輕易拆卸清洗安裝，調(diào)節(jié)方便。調(diào)整計量，可先大范圍調(diào)整到接近計量，再進(jìn)行微調(diào)。能做到無瓶、缺瓶不灌裝，計量精確；
◆本機(jī)灌裝系統(tǒng)均采用卡箍式快裝衛(wèi)生接頭。整個缸體從上到下無須工具即可輕易拆卸清洗安裝。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計簡單、操作維護(hù)方便。

ZH-HS Full-automatic straight line type piston filling machine
The series injection type/normal pressure gravity type dual-use filling machine is a high-tech product researched and developed by our company. It is suitable for products of various viscosity such as water injection, semi-fluid and ointment etc. It is widely applied for filling of products in such industries as food, cosmetics, medicine, grease, daily chemical industry, detergent, pesticide and chemical industry etc. By adopting straight line filling mode, it can be used to fill solutions of different types without the need of adding any spare parts.
Feature:
◆The series machine is compact and reasonable in design and beautiful and decent in appearance.
◆It is made of electrical components of internationally famous brands. The main actuating cylinder adopts Germany FESTO dual actuating cylinder and magnetic switch. Japan Mitsubishi PLC computer, Omron phototube and touch screen made in Taiwan, all of which have guaranteed the excellent quality and consistently stable performance of the machine.
◆The machine can be maintained conveniently. It can be easily assembled, disassembled and cleaned without any tools. The adjustment is convenient. For the measurement adjustment, firstly adjust at large scale to be close to the measurement and then carry out fine adjustment. It can be realized that no filling in case of no bottle or insufficient bottle and accurate measurement.
◆The filling system of the machine adopts ferrule type rapid installation sanitary connector. The whole cylinder can be easily assembled, disassembled and cleaned from top to bottom without any tools. The structure is simple in design and convenient in operation and maintenance.
