ZH-1A小劑量半自動填充包裝機(jī)
該半自動充填包裝機(jī)按照國家GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而設(shè)計。該機(jī)自動完成計量、充填、重量超差報警等工作，適用包裝粉粒狀物料，如奶粉、飼料、米粉、白糖、咖啡、味精、固體飲料、葡萄糖、固體醫(yī)療等。
◆數(shù)碼管顯示各種工作狀態(tài)，操作簡便直觀，工作方式一目了然
◆采用高速反應(yīng)離合制動器推動螺旋，稱重反饋比重跟蹤，精度高，穩(wěn)定性好。

ZH-1A Small Dose Semi-AutoFill Packing Machine
Top end product, of the same machine type, is designed according to the National GMP Standards. This type can do measuring and filling work. it fits to the fluidic or lowfluidity materials, like milk powder, gourmet powder ,solid drink, white sugar, dextrose, coffee, fodder , solid medicine, granularity additive, dyestuff, and so on.
◆Flexible, movable. Infrared or pedal control laying-off. No limit to container style. Fit for the purpose of material style, net weight and specification needing to change regularly.
◆High-speed response on-off controller screw. Exact repeating precision, high speed, big torsional moment, long life to use.
◆Weight feedback to run after the specific weight, overcome the shortcoming of the net weight change with the material specific-weight.
◆LED display or in Chinese, simply visual supervisory. Stepless adjust the net weight in working status and change it at any time, easy to control.
◆Save the parameter of technique data and magistral formula for later use. 10 sets of working parameter are saved at the most.
